Through the contact and quote forms: name, email, phone, company (optional), message content, preferred date and number of guests.

No data is collected without your deliberate action.

Purposes

Answering your requests, preparing a quote and organising your visit. Your data is never sold or used for advertising.

Retention period

Messages are kept for 3 years from the last exchange, then deleted.

Recipients & processors

The restaurant team only. Emails are sent by our email provider and online bookings are handled by our booking provider, each in compliance with the GDPR.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, objection and portability. Write to us at contact@oberges-moulin.fr. You may also contact the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).
